A property is only as good as its market value. To assess this value, long-standing and profound market knowledge is required – knowledge possessed by Dr. Max Huber for decades.
After initial viewing, the skilled real estate agent evaluates – based on his experience and by using special software – the realistic market value of the property in matters of location, layout, possible refurbishment costs and development and trends of the corresponding market segment (commercial, residential or leisure property, agricultural and forestry property). Thus it is warranted that the property is not offered below value, at the same time it does not enter the market with an overcharged price and looses market value because of long-standing vacancy.
The professional expertise of our real estate agents guarantees the efficient and market adequate sale of an object. Depending on the complexity of the evaluation, between 50% and 100% of the fee will be deducted from the commission within the scope of the broker order.
In addition to evaluation, Dr. Max Huber offers – due to increasing demand – the service “expert reports on valuation by certified and publicly appointed real estate assessors” (“evaluation certificate”), in cooperation with real estate assessors.
